The key to improved skin and hair is to know what works for you.

Both Noushey Ashraf's demeanour and features are endearing. The outgoing hostess and actress is attractive and fun to be around. We assume that she has a decent head on her shoulders, which is the secret to her friendly demeanour. But how does she keep her hair in good condition and skin clear? It turns out that you can get by with very few items, a tiny bit of technology, and a tonne of sunscreen!

Skincare

The well-known presenter confesses to Instep, "I don't really adhere to a particular brand, but I have to mention that in terms of skincare products, I have always worn sunscreen from my childhood, like every day of my life." She believes that sunblock has done a lot to protect her skin.

She moisturises her skin using Clinique moisturiser during the winter. She also makes an effort to avoid using harsh chemicals on her face. She admits, "I'm extremely into organic stuff. I've been washing my face with this kind of organic goat milk soap. It's worked out pretty well for me because I started using it because I didn't want any sort of strong smells or other things in the items I use on my face.

Her morning ritual consists of washing her face after waking up, applying sunscreen, and applying blush before leaving for work. "In the evening, I do use some hyaluronic acid after washing my face, and just possibly some sort of really delicate moisturiser before I go to sleep; not too much since my skin would break out otherwise, and that's basically all," the author said.

Haircare

Anoushey said she enjoys her protein treatments for her hair and tries to receive them as frequently as she can. Because of the harm done to them, "they kind of keep my hair softer [which I need]."

She washes her hair using a shampoo free of sulphates. Also seeing the advantages of a scalp massage are the trip enthusiast and the animal lover. The regular head massages and oil massages that take place in the home help to keep the blood flowing and simply maintain the health of my scalp and hair.

Procedures

While Anoushey appreciates the traditional wisdom of a good oil massage, she also isn't afraid to try more cutting-edge, non-invasive cosmetic procedures. I believe there are some skincare procedures out there that aren't particularly intrusive but can actually help you reach the same results faster through technology, she asserts, as the globe grows more and more technologically savvy.

She is prone to get PRP (platelet-rich plasma) for her hair and HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) for her skin. I receive HIFU treatment once every six months and find it to be good for skin tightening and suppleness. I've also tried PRP for hair care; I haven't yet seen results, but I have a feeling that they'll come, so I'll just keep trying.

She advises these procedures for radiant skin and strong hair, but she also points out that each person will respond to them differently. No matter how highly recommended something is, if it doesn't fit you, it's time for you to realise that maybe it's not for you. "Your skin and hair tell you what is working and what is not working. Therefore, knowing your skin and hair may be the key to having better skin and hair.

Health

She believes that the most important beauty advice revolves around maintaining good health and hygiene. As corny as it may sound, drinking plenty of water and getting enough sleep is the best way to improve your general health and, consequently, your appearance in terms of healthy skin, hair, and other body parts.

Additionally, keep yourself tidy. These beauty advice are all free; you simply need to make sure you're tidy, having enough sleep, and being less stressed. And a decent moisturiser, sunscreen, and facewash can all work together to enhance the idea and appearance of beauty.
